Progressive Care is our approach when you need to regain normal function. We focus on training to do work and active life. We will prescribe exercises to regain your strength and normal function.
We apply this method when it is challenging to perform your daily duties. You still have an increase in pain with increasing activities. In this stage, you can perform a daily routine but still difficult to perform prolonged activities.
Our treatment includes manual therapy to treat spasms and tightness. We prescribe exercises and targeted workouts to a balanced body mechanic.
Our goal is for you to perform daily duties and hobbies without pain. We create a plan to make your everyday tasks easier.
