Protective Care is our approach to care after an injury or surgery. The focus is to stop more tissue damage and prevent further complications. In addition, it prepares your body to start the healing process.
We apply this approach when you can’t function yet due to severe pain and weakness. In this stage, you depend on others to fully meet your needs.
Our treatment is PRICE (Protect, Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate), the injured tissue, and advice you to take pain killers. In addition, we’ll teach you home remedies and techniques to perform self-care.
Our goal is to kick-start your recovery. We want you to heal at the expected time.
